The Opera House is incredible. From across the bay it looks like it is floating on the water in the breeze. Up close you can see the thousands of individual Italian tiles that make up the roof and the scores of panes of glass that face the habour.

This picture shows how popular scotters are in the city. At the end of the row is the red telly.






Day 3 in Sydney. We spent the morning packing and checking out of our hotel, then stored the bags with the hotel concierge and started our walking tour of downtown. Sydney has about 4 million people and is about the same size as London. Lots of diversity in culture, language, cuisine, and dress. A large part of the population is Asian or Asian"s visiting. So walking around includes dodging the group photo operation. Lots of incredible architecture.
